Sauce for at least 8 oz. (half a pound / half a box) of your choice of pasta. Rigatoni or spaghetti recommended.
Daffodil Spring Farm pork neck bones rubbed with a blend of Italian spices, smoked until becoming tender, then braised in a lightly spiced marinara sauce to fall off the bone and infuse flavor. If you like smoked pulled pork and tomato sauce, this is for you. Use it anywhere you might use tomato sauce – pasta, pizza, mozzarella sticks, hero sub, etc. Gluten free + nut free + dairy free.
Heating Instructions: Move to refrigerator to thaw the day prior to eating. Heat either by microwave or on the stove (or use cold for your pizza sauce). For microwave, heat in a microwave safe bowl for 30-60 second intervals, stirring in between, until desired temperature. For stove, pour into a small pan or sauce pot and heat on medium-low, stirring occasionally, until desired temperature.
