Cheek Farmstead Creamery milk blended with white American cheese and roasted fresno chiles.

Great as a dip, as a topping, with enchiladas, as part of a mac + cheese sauce, etc. Queso makes anything better. Mild-medium spicy. Gluten free + vegetarian + nut free.

Heating Instructions: Comes frozen, so allow to thaw in refrigerator. Use provided container or transfer to microwave safe bowl. Heat for 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between, until desired temperature. Alternatively, heat in small saucepot on low. Add additional milk as desired to modify consistency. Use within a week after thawing.
