Carrots & Scallions in Parchment
Ingredients:
1 bunch carrots
5 scallions
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200F. Toss carrots in oil, onions, bay, salt and pepper. Wrap everything and seal well in the parchment paper by folding or stapling. Bake for 30 minutes, or until carrots are tender, serve immediately.
