Simple Sauteed Mustard Greens
Ingredients:
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 bunches mustard greens, stemmed and chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp stone-ground mustard
Instructions:
Heat oil in a large skillet, add oil. Saute until garlic is soft and fragrant. Add mustard greens, seasoned with salt and pepper. Once wilted, add chicken stock and stir. Raise heat to a simmer, then lower to cook for 5 more minutes. Stir in ground mustard, serve warm.
