Garlic Greens Saute
4-6 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup sherry or white wine
salt and black pepper to taste
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil
8 cups dark leafy greens
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Cook garlic and onion in the oil, stirring over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Add sherry or white wine, salt, pepper, allspice, oregano and basil. Stir in greens, pressing them down with the back of a spoon until completely wilted, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
