Arugula

Arugula greens are rich sources of phytochemicals that have been found to counter the carcinogenic effects pf estrogen and as a result may offer protection against prostate, breast, cervical, colon and ovarian cancer. It's an excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin B-complex group (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin ,vitamin B-6), vitamin C, vitamin K and flavonoid compounds. It's great source of minerals, especially copper and iron.

Radish

Excellent source of: antioxidants, electrolytes, minerals, vitamin C, vitamin B-6, folates, riboflavin, thiamin, iron, magnesium, copper, calcium and dietary fiber. They contain an antioxidant compound called sulforaphane, which studies suggest a role against prostate, breast, colon and ovarian cancer due to its cancer-cell growth inhibition. The vitamin C in radish helps with inflammation and to boost the immune system.
